Email support@adcero.io with the date you ran the check and what you expected to see. Please don't send your ad export unless we ask for it.
Getting the right export
In Meta Ads Manager, open the Ads tab, set the date range to the last 30 days, choose Breakdown > By time > Day, then export the table as a CSV and attach it in ChatGPT. The check needs at least 7 days of data.
If the check can't run
The plugin tells you why: a missing column, too few days, or a file that isn't a Meta Ads Manager export. Export again with the steps above and retry.
