Adcero ChatGPT plugin — privacy

Last updated October 6, 2026.

What the plugin receives

When you run the Ad Account Health Check in ChatGPT, the plugin receives your Meta Ads Manager export (CSV): either the file you attach, which it downloads once from ChatGPT's temporary download link, or the text you paste. It also receives an optional break-even target if you give one. It does not receive your ad account login, and it never connects to or changes your ad account.

What we store

We store only the derived report: the summary numbers, the score, the findings, and the checks we could not run. The file itself is never stored — it is processed in memory and discarded. We do not assign you a visitor id, and the report is not tied to your name or email.

Your IP address

To prevent abuse, the plugin limits how many checks can be run from one network. It uses your IP address for this in memory only: the address is not stored, not logged with report data, and not shared.

How long we keep it

An unclaimed report is deleted 14 days after it was created. If you sign up and claim the report into your Adcero workspace, it is kept as part of that workspace until you delete the workspace.

Who can see it

Anyone holding the report link can view it until it expires — the link contains a long random token, so treat it like a password. Once claimed, the report is visible to members of the workspace that claimed it.

No sale of data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your export or your report to advertise to you or to anyone else.

Other policies

This page covers the ChatGPT plugin. Adcero's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to everything else, including an Adcero account if you create one.
